Brazil's Bid for Foreign Markets

Meetings between the Russian and Brazilian foreign ministers June 11 will focus on relatively unexciting topics such as agricultural trade. But they come as Brazil appears to be increasingly playing the United States and Russia off one another in what may be a serious bid for foreign market access — particularly with the United States.
