Venezuela: State Oil Company to Pay Debt Owed to ConocoPhillips

Lawyers from Venezuela's state-owned energy company Petroleos de Venezuela (PDVSA) and U.S. company ConocoPhillips agreed in Curacao on May 21 to lift liens of PDVSA assets, Argus reported May 22.
